1. Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we provide Free Tracked Worldwide Shipping. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. We use premium couriers to ensure your timepiece reaches you in perfect condition.
How can I track my shipment? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your clock's journey in real-time on our Track Your Order page.
2. Customs, Taxes & Duties
Will I be charged customs duties or import fees? No. We ship via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for most regions. The price you see at checkout is the final price. All local taxes and customs duties are included, so you won't face any unexpected charges upon delivery.
3. Silent Movement & Quality
Are the clocks silent? Absolutely. Every SwissWallClocks™ timepiece is equipped with a premium silent sweeping quartz movement. There is no ticking sound, making them ideal for bedrooms, libraries, or quiet office environments.
Do the clocks match the photos? We strive for 100% accuracy in our high-resolution photography. While slight variations can occur due to different screen calibrations or lighting, we guarantee the luxury finish and premium feel of every piece.
4. Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy? We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. Each clock undergoes a strict 24-hour precision test before shipping. If you encounter any manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or a professional solution.
Is there a warranty? Yes. Your peace of mind is our priority. All timepieces come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering the movement from the date of purchase.
5. Payment & Order Status
Which payment methods do you accept? We accept all major secure payment methods, including Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), PayPal, and Google Pay. Your transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted, industry-leading gateways.
Can I get a refund before shipping? Yes. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will process a refund minus the standard transaction and handling fees. Once an item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
